At Ethereal Melody, we are committed to providing a smooth, professional, and enjoyable experience for every client. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms and policies.
Booking & Payment Policy
To secure your appointment, a valid credit or debit card is required at the time of booking.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost.
The remaining 75% balance is due on the day of your appointment prior to the start of the service. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and other approved payment methods.
Failure to provide payment before the start of the appointment may result in cancellation of the service.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a charge of 25% of the service fee.
No-shows (appointments missed without notice) will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Appointments may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice without penalty.
We understand that emergencies can happen, and exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Late Arrival Policy
If you arrive late, your appointment time may be shortened to avoid delays for other clients. If the delay is significant, the appointment may need to be rescheduled and cancellation fees may apply.
Health & Safety
Clients must inform us of any skin conditions, allergies, sensitivities, or medical concerns prior to their appointment. While we take every precaution using professional products and sanitized tools, Ethereal Melody is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities if this information is not disclosed.
Service Refusal
We reserve the right to refuse service if a client arrives with a contagious condition, displays inappropriate behavior, or fails to comply with our policies.
